/ May 14, 2010I would like to request prayer for myself and two daughters. I would specifically like to receive prayer in getting into the substance abuse field. I currently have my CASAC-T and need to get my OASAS hours to sit for the state exam but no one will hire me because I do not have a substance abuse or criminal background. I know this sounds crazy but this is exactly what I have been experiencing for the last 8 months. I currently have my MS in Human Services and Counseling and over 6 years experience in case management but every interview I go to the doors are shut in my face. The school in which I graduated from (The Resource Training Center) the director expressed a dislike for me early on and shehas been in the field for over 20 years. I question whether she may be sending out bad references to different agencies about me. What can I do in a situation like this?

/ May 30, 2010I would like to request a prayer for my brother to reslove his burden.
He is incarcerated and was unable to attend my mothers funeral. Although we have never judged him. He is unable to forgive himself.
Please pray he can resolve his own self guilt and move forward in the lords name.

/ June 15, 2010Brendamarie, My name is Lisa. My prayers are with you and your brother. I know what it is to have loved ones incarcerated and the challenges that some of the imprisoned encounter. If you would, I would like to pray with you. I am an usher and this Sunday I will be serving; I believe we are weaaring gold shirts. Please do not hesitate to ask for me. Love your sister.
